4.3 Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Where EU law applies (including consumer protection regulations), the mandatory provisions of such law shall take precedence.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties for a period of thirty (30) days. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also be entitled to submit a dispute to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the Website at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Website, to us, to third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

No waiver by us of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition, or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by us to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
